To Margit 26th September 1972 from Frej
Autumn Romance Autumn arrives and the battleship-gray clouds come with the cold winds like a victorious enemy fleet and the leaves drop like shot-down airplanes and the birds stream south like endless refugee columns from the dictatorship of the cold. And the rain rattles on the roofs and flogs the streets. But we aren't bothered by autumn and the cold. We walk in the rain hand in hand and enjoy it. We have found warmth in each other.
